Dale Daubert
April 22, 1958 - January 11, 2017
It is with great sadness that we share with you the passing of a very kind and special man. Dale passed away peacefully at the Red Deer Hospice due to end-stage kidney cancer at the age of 58 years. Dale was born and raised in Calgary, Alberta and moved to the Red Deer area with his family twenty years ago. Dale had a passion for curling, hunting, camping and the outdoors in general. He was also a well-known business man throughout Alberta, who strived to always do the best job possible. But more than anything else, Dale was a devoted family man. A loving and caring husband to his wife Suzanne of 37 years and a supportive and understanding father to his four beautiful children, Ric (Rose) of Bendigo, Australia, Michelle of Black Diamond, Alta., Jessica (Dustin) of Springbrook, Alta., and Jenny (Ben) of Grande Cache, Alta. Dale was also blessed with eleven grandchildren: Tony, Paul and Nicole, Micheal, Travis and Kaylee, Nikaela and Emerson, Madison, Maevery and Shelby; as well as three great-grandchildren with another one on way. Dale is survived by his mother Doreen and sister Caren both of Calgary, Alta., as well as his furry little best friend, Emelee. Dale was pre-deceased by his father, Stanley, and by his son in-law Norm. Dale will be greatly missed by many and continue to live on forever in our hearts.
