<div itemprop="description">McCORRY, Frederick <br /> <br />Fred was born in Camrose in 1954 to Rose and Paddy, he was the second youngest of six children. Rose then re-married Bob Sakowsky, who became Fred&rsquo;s second Dad. Fred spent his first 34 years in Camrose during which time he made many lifelong friends. <br /> <br />Fred's family started in 1977 with the birth of his daughters; Tanya, Shyla and Brittany. <br /> <br />Fred then moved with his wife, Kerry, and children to Kelowna and dabbled in many adventures and again acquired some lifetime friends. In 2001, Fred and his family moved back to Alberta settling in Red Deer were he started his painting business. <br /> <br />Fred leaves to mourn his wife of 34 years Kerry (Chadwick); his daughters, Tanya McGinnis and her children, Connor, Rowyn and Isibeal; Shyla Jensen (Jamie), Doryen and Maddy; Brittany White (Jeff) and Riley. He also leaves behind numerous extended family and friends. <br /> <br />Fred was predeceased by his father Paddy, his mother Rose, sister Helen, son-in-law Matt and nephew Tyler. <br /> <br />Fred loved life, had an incredible sense of humor and never sat still for long. He loved the outdoors, fishing, golfing, music trivia, (&quot;The Oilers&quot;) and his second home, Isla Mujeres, Mexico. His last years were very busy with his family - especially his grandchildren whom he adored. <br /> <br />A Memorial Service will be held at Eventide Funeral Chapel, 4820-45 Street, Red Deer, on Wednesday, February 4, 2015 at 3:00 p.m. <br /> <br /></div>
