<div itemprop="description">Pieter Evert Humting, beloved husband of the late Mrs. Anne Humting, passed away peacefully on March 8, 2017. Pieter was born in Heemstede, Holland and in 1951 relocated and settled in Central Alberta.<br><br>Pieter was the loving father to Art (Liz) Humting of Ponoka, Ab; Arlene (Randy) Northey of Airdrie, Ab; Ron (Pam) Humting of Calgary, Ab; Kathy (Ken) Evanecz of Red Deer, Ab; and Ric Humting of Red Deer, Ab. He will be dearly missed by his 13 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren. Pieter will also be lovingly remembered by John Buit and family, Joyce (Al) Hird, Rob Buit, and Cory Lampers and family that still reside in Holland.<br></div>
